Tulip armchair

In the 1950s, architect and modern furniture designer Eero Saarinen set forth a goal, to create a new visual appeal to dining chairs and dining tables. He successfully, revolutionized the way people designed dining chairs. The Tulip Dining Chair, originally designed as part of his famous pedestal collection in 1956 was truly a functional work of art, an iconic modern furniture design. This inspired reproduction features an ABS plastic seat, cast aluminum base that swivels and a removable upholstered fabric seat for added comfort.
